2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND TIME OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
You provide different types of information so that the Company can offer and perform our services.
2.1 INFORMATION THAT THE USER PROVIDES TO THE COMPANY
We collect your data when you fill in any of the forms to hire the services offered by the Company through its Web, when you request information, participate in a survey, send us an evaluation or assessment, send us an email, respond to our chat, upload contents or files, or, in general, when you actively send us data to the Web.
The data collected may include, among other things, your username and password for access to your account first and last name, email address, telephone number (including cell phone number), mailing address, job, education, interests, and any other data included in a personal profile or resume. It also includes the documentation of applications and the answers to the questions that serve as a filter when hiring a service in the Company as well as the answers that you have given to the questionnaires that have been sent to you and that have been answered.
2.1.1 Delivery of the Resume through Work Forms Service
One of the services we offer on the Web is the completion of the work forms that schools and educational associations and companies have on their websites.
In some of these work forms, additional information is requested from the User, which may not be in the documentation you initially sent us, and without which the work form cannot be completed. In these cases, the Company will send an email to the User requesting this information.
We are aware that the information requested on some of these work forms is excessive. That is why, if the User does not see fit to provide us with this additional information, we will proceed to cancel these specific forms that request this information and offer the User a refund of the amount paid for the forms that could not be completed.
Some of the extra data that could be requested, among others, in the work forms are the following:
Place of birth, Date of birth, Mailing Address, Number of children and/or economic dependents, Type of driving license and availability of own vehicle, Marital status, Telephone number, Social Security Number, Certificate of Disability, Current employment situation, Availability of mobility, Availability of employment, Reasons for wanting to work at the institution, Reasons for change of job, Economic pretension, Pillars that the candidate considers fundamental in education, Institution where the candidate did the teacher training, Tastes and preferences, or Academic training information.
The User accepts the Privacy Policy described in this document by sending us any of these personal data, or others that do not appear in the above list, through an email or our contact form.
2.1.2 Delivery of the Resume through Post Mail Service
One of the services we offer on the Web is the delivery of the resume to schools and educational companies by mail.
When hiring the service of Delivery of the Resume through Post Mail, the User accepts that the letters that contain his personal documents (resume, cover letter, letters of recommendation, among others) are distributed by any post mail company.
2.1.3 Online Resume Creation Service
One of the services that we offer on the Web is the elaboration of the resume in HTML format (Online CV). The result is a web page of the type https://www.cvexpres.com/teaching-jobs-schools/curriculum/azul-fondo-salon/.
The Users’ Online CV will be stored in our databases for 2 years. Once this time has passed, the Company will send an email to the User in which he/she will be offered two options:
To request the hiring of the Update service. That way he/she will be able to keep the Online CV on our servers for another year, and also make any type of update of its content.
Requesting the elimination of the Online CV. In this case, we will proceed to eliminate from our servers the Online CV and any other personal data that we have of the User, including the email. This process is irreversible.
2.1.4 Delivery of the Resume through E-mail Service
One of our website’s services is delivering the resume to schools and educational companies by email.
The emails used in the distribution of the User’s resume among schools and educational companies are public, obtained directly from their web pages. They are usually specific e-mails set up by schools and educational companies for the reception of spontaneous curriculum vitae, or otherwise generic e-mails.
The purpose of the Company in this service is to make the task of distributing the User’s resume among schools and educational companies easier. To do this, the e-mail structure is created, the addresses to which the email must be sent are provided and an email address is created on our servers from which the message can be sent. The User, when clicking on the «Validate» option in his account, is the one who makes the delivery.
2.1.5 Information received through your activity on the Web
As part of the rules of operation of the Web, The Company may collect and analyze information from your computer or mobile device and actions taken on the Web, including the time spent on the Web and each page, the pages you visit, the clicks made, the session activity, the browser type, the operating system, the device type, the MAC address, the IP address and the name of the domain from which you access the Web.
2.2 STORING YOUR INFORMATION
The Company shall keep the User’s personal data to the extent that this storage is adequate and relevant, being limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. In particular, the Company shall not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose of performing the processing described in this Privacy Policy.
The resume, cover letter, and other personal data received by the Company from the User shall be kept in our databases for 2 years. It will be kept during this period in order to make it easier for the User to hire new services on our Web so that the User does not have to send us all his documentation again. Once the period of 2 years has passed, all personal data will be irreversibly deleted.
During the time in which we have the personal data of the User (2 years), the Company guarantees that it will not be used for anything more than to carry out the services hired by the User in our Web or for the development of future contracts that the User carries out in our Web.
The User may at any time exercise his right to the immediate removal of any personal data that we keep in our database by requesting it through:

- Through the «Privacy» option that you can find in your account.
2.2.1 Storage of the e-mail
Regarding the time of storage of the User’s personal data, an exception will be made with the e-mail, because it is necessary to keep it longer for the calculation of the discounts offered to the User when he hires the services more than once. The e-mail and name of the User will be kept for 4 years. Once the 4-year period has passed both will be irreversibly deleted.
The Company guarantees that under no circumstances will the e-mails stored in its database be used for advertising, marketing, or promotion of its products or services or of third parties. Its use will be limited to the services hired by the User on our Web, or to the calculation of the discounts that the Company offers the User when he/she hires the services more than once.
The User may at any time exercise his/her right to immediate removal as set out above.
2.2.2 Storage of Online CV
Users’ Online CVs will be stored in our databases for 2 years. Once this time has passed, the Company will send an email to the User in which he/she will be offered two options:
Requesting the hiring of the Update service. That way he/she will be able to keep the Online CV on our servers for another year and make any type of update of its content.
Requesting the elimination of the Online CV, and in this case, we will proceed to eliminate from our servers the Online CV and any other personal data that we have of the User, including the e-mail. This process is irreversible.
The User may at any time exercise his or her right to ask for its immediate removal as set out above.
2.3 LEGAL BASIS ACCORDING TO WHICH THE COMPANY COLLECTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The processing of most personal data by the Company is carried out on the premise that it is necessary for the execution of our contract with you, or to take the necessary measures at the User’s request before signing the said agreement:

3.1 WHEN THE USER REQUESTS THE REMOVAL OF HIS PERSONAL DATA
The User may at any time exercise his right to the immediate removal of any personal data that we keep in our database by requesting it through:

- Through the e-mail teacher@cvexpress.com.
- Through the «Privacy» option that you can find in your account.
If the User deletes all personal data by any of these 3 options, he will no longer have access to the account and to any existing information in it, such as the lists of schools to which the resume has been sent or the answers received from schools. If the User uses the same email address to create new hires, thus having access again to a new personal area, the existing data in the previous personal area will not be available to the User.
The discounts that apply to second, third, or fourth hires cannot be applied either, since we will not have any information about previous hires made by the User.
The fact that a User requests the removal of his/her personal data means that all data will be irreversibly deleted from The Company’s systems.
3.2 NECESSARY PERSONAL DATA
When providing the service, the Company will indicate whether it needs specific personal data to perform certain services. If the necessary personal data is not provided, the specific service may not be available to you.
3.3 MINIMUM AGE OF OUR USERS
The Company limits the processing of personal data to Users who are of legal working age and takes a series of measures to try to ensure that Users who do not meet this requirement are not accepted.
4. PURPOSES, USES, AND DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION
The Company manages the personal data of the Users with the following purpose:
- To be able to carry out the services that the client has hired, as well as their maintenance and follow-up.
- To be able to maintain contact with the User, to process and manage the hired services, and to be able to respond to any incident or query from the customer (either via email, chat, SMS, contact form, or telephone).

4.1. DELIVERY OF THE RESUME TO SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL COMPANIES SERVICE
When hiring the services of Delivery of the Resume by email, post, or web forms, through any of the Hiring Forms existing on the Web, the User expressly authorizes the Company to transfer all personal data to those schools and companies whose characteristics match those selected by the User in the Hiring Form, and in order to carry out the necessary purposes of the hired service.
The User waives any legal action against the Company concerning the transfer of his/her personal data to schools and educational companies (resume, cover letter, email, telephone, etc.) since it is the User himself/herself who expressly authorizes the transfer of his/her personal data to schools and educational companies whose characteristics match those selected in the Contract Form.
Delivering the Resume through the Postal Service.
When hiring the service of Delivery of the Resume through Postal Mail, the User accepts that the letters containing his personal files (resume, cover letter, recommendation letters, among others) will be distributed by the post company.
4.2 DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING MATERIAL
The Company guarantees that the emails stored in its databases, or other contact information provided by the User, will not be used under any circumstances for advertising, marketing, or promotion of its products or services, or of third parties.
4.3 CONTACT INFORMATION
The User, by providing his/her contact information (such as name, email, or telephone number) to the Company, in addition to other personal and non-personal data, agrees that the Company may use this information for the purposes described above, as appropriate. Specifically, the User agrees that the Company may, as part of the services provided to him/her, communicate with him/her via email, phone (including cell phone), SMS, or mail, including other means, by using the contact information that the User has provided to the Company.
4.4 FRAUD AND SPAM PREVENTION
The Company may also use the information obtained under this Privacy Policy to help diagnose problems with the Site and the services the Company offers, to prevent potentially fraudulent or illegal activities, and to protect people from other activities that may be harmful to you or others. The Company may investigate and disclose information from or about you or its use in the Company if we believe in good faith that such investigation or disclosure: (a) is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (including court orders, search warrants, subpoenas) and law enforcement instructions and orders; (b) is helpful to prevent, investigate or identify possible irregularities regarding use of the Site; or (c) may protect our rights, reputation, property, safety, or those of the public; or (d) is necessary to comply with national security requirements.

The Company also reserves the right to discard messages and emails that it believes do not adhere to the rules of the Web or any of the terms of this agreement. In addition, the Company reserves the right to conduct investigations to decide whether you are committing a scam, sending spam to the Company or User, or are conducting fraudulent activities on the Company through different means, including investigating its operation by creating profiles and names that belong to the Company. The Company also reserves the right to turn over to the police or third parties the information obtained through such investigations if the Company believes in good faith that you are using the Web in breach of these terms.
The Company reserves the right to verify and confirm the identity of any party involved in the email communication. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying the identity of the sender of an email with the Company’s agents associated with that email address.
4.5 Payment methods
The Company does not have access to the User’s credit card or bank account data. Therefore, under no circumstances can it see this information or store it on its servers.
The Company offers the User two payment methods:
- Through the PayPal payment platform:
When the User purchases a service on our Web Site through the PayPal payment platform, it will not require to reveal any credit card details, only the username and password will be needed. To add these data, the User will leave the Web to enter the Paypal website, where he/she will add his username and password and make the payment.
The Company at no time has access to the User’s PayPal account information (username and password); it cannot see it, cannot store it, nor does it go through its servers.

- By bank card, using the Stripe payment platform
When the User makes the purchase of a service on the Web through the Stripe payment platform, all credit card details, which must be entered to complete the payment, are sent directly to Stripe. The Company does not have access to this information at any time; it cannot see it, it cannot store it, nor does it go through its servers.
Stripe has the highest level of PCI compliance. When the user enters the payment information, it is stored securely in Stripe’s infrastructure. The platform is certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider, the strictest level of certification.

5. SECURITY
The Company endeavors to use reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal data under the control of the Company. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. In addition, please note that e-mails, messages sent through your web browser, and other similar means of communication with other Users are not encrypted. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its 100% security.
Please note that we may use third-party cloud service providers that offer to host, data storage, and other services on standard terms and conditions that may be non-negotiable; these service providers have informed us or the general public that they apply security measures they believe are appropriate to protect the information within their system, or that they have a general reputation for applying such measures. However, we are not liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of any information, including personal data, by these companies.
6. POLICY ON COOKIES

The User may at any time exercise his or her right to the immediate removal of any personal data held in our database by requesting it through:
